Good afternoon y’all!

👉We’ve had a changing schedule over the past few weeks to take care of Rocket. He had his first of a few appointments so I am going to post our weekly schedule on Sundays.

👉This week we will be in Sneedville Tomorrow(Wednesday) and Friday.
Friday will be Tater Day!

👉Let’s talk about Saturdays. I said from the beginning, “the first time we lose money that’ll be it” well guess what, last Saturday was that day. We also have quite a few Saturdays that are scheduled for events. So Saturdays are no longer in the schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience.

👉Also just want to remind everyone that I am not currently taking new catering orders.

So I saw this ad on tv and I wanted to show the difference in real bbq and tv bbq. Food tv is the absolute worst when it comes to real food representation. Some of you will get where I’m coming from and some of you are wearing your crocs watching your pellet smoker over cook a brisket( That’s a joke calm down! I have nothing against pellet smokers and at least you’re out there getting after it)

Picture 2 REAL BBQ: Helen Turner of Helen’s Bar-B-Q in Brownsville, TN. She is now retired but I had the pleasure of meeting her and eating the amazing BBQ she served for over 20 years.

Picture 3 REAL BBQ: Tootsie Tomanetz of Snows BBQ Texas. She has been cooking for 50+ years and is still working a pit at 90 years old.

Good evening y’all

Just wanted to let y’all know we will be downtown Friday and Open in Kyles Ford Saturday!

Unfortunately we sustained a little damage to the cart yesterday when we were downtown. We were ready for a good day but the wind had other plans. The damage is fixable so no biggie.

Also if anyone is looking for some amazing Walnut Slabs, Benjamin Baker(Contact him through Facebook) has some available.

Smoker is rolling and we’re coming back downtown tomorrow(Tuesday).

So when you come down to vote, make sure you grab some BBQ/Dawgs or go see our friends at Two Nuts Food Truck(I’m not sure if they’re coming down)!!!!

Well I thought the bad week ended on Sunday. Apparently not so much.

Today on the cart we will only be serving Hot Dogs. The Smoker decided to get in on the bad week vibes and turned our pork butts into charcoal butts.

The weather looks bad for Wednesday so we are planning for Thursday, Friday and Saturday(at the shop)
