Kodiak Island Smokehouse Retail store for fresh local seafood, specialty foods, gifts & souvenirs. We also do sportsman fish and game processing. See our website for details.

FISH PROCESSING:
You do the fishing, and we'll take care of all of your processing needs! We'll fillet, portion cut, vacuum pack, label and freeze your catch. We can also hot smoke your fish or make salmon gravlax. BIG GAME PROCESSING:
In addition to basic processing, we offer an extensive selection of specialty custom products (hunter sticks, jerky, smoked roasts and many more). RETAIL STORE & GIFT SHOP:
We have a wide selection of wild Alaskan seafood products including smoked and raw seafood, weathervane scallops, jerky, salmon sausage, canned salmon and our popular smoked fish dips. You can also order any of our retail seafood products or specialty gift boxes from our website at www.kodiakislandsmokehouse.com. SHIPPING:
We can ship any package by FedEx, UPS or Alaska Air Cargo.

KODIAK ISLAND SMOKEHOUSE IS HIRING …

We’re looking for help to PROCESS WILD GAME this season. The work involves butchering/breaking down whole and quartered animals, identifying and trimming cuts of meat, and operating meat grinders and other equipment used in processing and producing specialty game products. This is a temporary/seasonal position (2-3 months).

• Must be 18 yrs or older as work involves use of knives
• Requires physical ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Proven experience is desirable, but not required
• Starting pay based on experience.
