Yesterday, we loved welcoming members of the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha team for lunch at Tenuta's Deli! They took advantage of the gorgeous weather and enjoyed some of their deli favorites on our patio. Here's what was on the menu:

🌿 Long before Genoa made pesto famous, the ancient Romans were making a version of their own. They called it moretum, a sauce made by crushing herbs, garlic, cheese, and other ingredients together, and it's considered one of pesto's earliest ancestors. Our Pesto Sauce carries that tradition forward with olive oil, basil, Parmesan, garlic and nuts.
