Hey, we sold a ton of Rubins last week so we cooked off more corned beef yesterday and have more available to cook . So ….Rubins available all week. 😁

Kerry made some delightful bacon jelly and a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin so starting Thursday we will have grilled cheese on nice thick slices of honey berry wheat bread with cheddar cheese and bacon jelly. Add some fries ..

We will use the pork tenderloin to make Cubans ( not the people, the sandwich.)
pork ,ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on a not Cuban roll but equally delicious grilled French bread roll . Don’t make me remind you of French fries. See you tomorrow. 😁

Dear people of earth,
The elm street market has all the accoutrements to make a fabulous Rubins all week. Fresh cooked corned beef , homemade dressing , sauerkraut, Swiss cheese. On either marble rye, a delicious Jewish Rye or dark pumpernickel . You can add fries as well.
Yum. Come get some . 😁
