We are a Quick Stop Snack Shop located in the Kakuhihewa (Kapolei State Office) Building, in Kapolei

Kakuhihewa (Kapolei State Office Building) Parking Costs: Quarter (25 cents) for every 30 minutes, up to 2 hours ($1).

UPDATE 3/04/26: We are only open to Bldg Staff for now, as a safety precaution for our Blind Vendor (when alone). General Public is welcomed in just as long as they are escorted by any Bldg Staff, a Security Guard or a Janitor, and they remain with customer throughout their duration in store.

Our Snack Shop is looking to partner with a local licensed business (restaurant, food truck, etc) 3-5 days of the week in providing (and delivering) snack foods such as spam musubi, bentos, cold sandwiches, mini (fresh) salads, sushi, etc…

Usually on a Wednesday, our Lunch Special @ DJ’s is TODAY, Thursday 5/16/2024. It is: our “tweaked” BONELESS SHAKE ‘N BAKE CHICKEN w/ lit’l smokies, buttered mix veg and garlic/loaded mash. We did SELL OUT, and are VERY VERY APPRECIATIVE for our building staff and their support! MAHALO PLENTY! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

LATE POST. Mahalo Shannon for the shout out, we appreciate you! With all the craziness, we were not able to post what our Lunch Special was yesterday WEDNESDAY 4/03/24. Our GARLIC-STUFFED PORK ROAST sold out even before we opened our doors! Mahalo plenty for the support! We are truly BLESSED! 🙏🏽🤙🏽

SOLD OUT!!! Lunch Special @ the Shak TODAY Wednesday 3/13/2024: our BAKED CHAR SIU CHICKEN w/ reduced glaze, lup cheong (Chinese sausage), buttered corn and steamed white rice. As we always try to do, chicken thighs were marinating in sauce for a few days, so hopefully it was really deep in char siu flavor. We truly appreciate our building staff and patrons that stopped in to reserve/pick up lunch. Mahalo Plenty! 🙏🏽🤙🏽

Apologies once more for the late post, as with this certain Lunch Special of ours, it almost ALWAYS has me running around like a “chicken without a head!” 🤦🏽‍♂️😜😂 Anyway, our GARLIC-STUFFED PORK ROAST w/ buttered corn and brown mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes didn’t last very long. In fact, most were reserved starting YESTERDAY! Mahalo everyone for the support! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
