Minit Stop Minit Stop is a convenience store and gas station. It is famous for it's home-style Fried Chicken and Wedges All are locally based and operated.

Minit Stop is a member of the Hawaii Petroleum family. The first Minit Stop opened its doors on Maui in 1982 as the Island’s premiere self-service gas station. Since then, the locations have continued to grow throughout Maui and the Big Island with the simple idea of combining community and convenience to spread the aloha spirit at every opportunity. There are currently 17 Minit Stop convenience stores, with eight on Maui and nine on the Big Island. Minit Stop takes pride in serving the Island’s best fried chicken. Prepared daily from scratch to the same original fried chicken recipe perfected in the 80’s, Minit Stop’s signature Fried Chicken is known for being ono crispy outside and juicy tender inside. With its hot food, cold drinks, famous fried chicken and everyday items, Minit Stop has everything you love and need.
