Meet Café Juliano — our fresh-pressed hard apple cider infused with co-fermented specialty coffee from , our San Diego collaborators who are redefining what coffee can taste like. We worked together on a custom bean, and the result is in your glass.

Hey Cider Lovers! Spring is here, the trails are calling, and we’ve got some exciting updates from up here in Julian!

🗓️ NEW HOURS — We’re now open on Wednesdays, and staying open later on Fridays and Saturdays:
11am – 7pm.

🍹 NEW FLAVORS — Two fresh additions to our lineup:• The Mimosa – our hard cider twist on a brunch classic.• The AppleRita – a margarita-inspired cider that’s tangy, crisp, and refreshing. We have about 1/2 keg left of our Lost Keg so grab some before it’s gone forever.

It’s great hiking weather and there’s never been a better time to make the trip to Julian. We’re an easy, scenic ride from anywhere in Southern California, pack a picnic, hit the trails, and come toast the season with us.
