🌵 **TEQUILA FRIDAY AT TIMBERLINE**

Friday’s tasting is **Billy’s Tequila** — and there’s a cool story behind this one.

Born from an adventure in Baja and crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Billy’s is made from **100% Blue Agave and naturally fermented**.

We’ll be pouring a chance to discover Billy’s lineup, including their Blanco and Añejo Cristalino. The Cristalino is aged 13 months and then triple charcoal-filtered, bringing together notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak with a clean finish.

Thursday we’re welcoming **Bear Creek Distillery** from Denver!

Bear Creek is the real grain-to-bottle deal — their spirits are mashed, fermented, distilled and aged at their Denver distillery, with an emphasis on Colorado-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

And there’s plenty to explore. Their award-winning lineup includes Straight Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon, Rye Wh***ey, Wheat Wh***ey, vodka and rum. Their Straight Bourbon alone spends a minimum of four years in American white oak.
