This week’s is the “Ed Special,” an oil based pizza with a garlic butter crust, topped with onions, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach, bacon bits, and grilled chicken, finished with a light dusting of parmesan, oregano, and crushed red pepper. We would like to give a shoutout to congratulate one of our loyal employees who has been with us for four years now. Grace was just awarded The Vermont Army National Guard Minuteman Scholarship of $340,856. Grace has been balancing both the Army and the deli this year while also attending her high school and playing sports. In the fall, she will be headed to Syracuse University where she will major in Biology on a pre-med track for four years, and we wish her the best!

We wanted to announce that our pizza station at the Cupbaord Deli and Bakery has reopened in the last week after being temporarily closed due to short staffing. Per usual, we are always looking for members to join our crew in order to ensure we can serve our customers all of their favorites.
