❤️🏔️ 10,000. TEN. THOUSAND. JCS FAMILY Memebers 🏔️❤️
We had to stare at that number for a minute.

Because on December 21st, 2025, Jamie and I unlocked the doors to Jefferson Corner Store for our very first day.

That day...

14 people walked through our doors.

Fourteen.

And we were grateful for every single one of them. ❤️

We didn't know what JCS would become.

We didn't have a corporate office telling us what to do.

We didn't have a marketing department.

We didn't have some giant advertising budget.

Shoot, half the time we're just trying to keep up with running a store, cooking food, making fudge, fixing things, raising animals and whatever other adventure decides to find us that day. 😂

But we had an idea.

We wanted to bring this little corner store back to life.

We wanted to build a place our locals could count on, travelers would remember, and anybody walking through the door would feel welcome.

And somewhere along the way...
YOU GUYS SHOWED UP.

❤️ You bought our fudge.

🍔 You tried our food.

🏔️ You watched us build JCS piece by piece.

😂 You laughed with us when things went sideways.

🐂 You fell in love with Winnie and Herbie.

🐾 You met our animals and became part of their stories.

📦 You told us what you wanted us to carry — and we listened.

And then one ridiculous little video took off...
1 million views.

Then 5 million.
Then 10 million.

And now that little video has passed...

13 MILLION VIEWS. 🤯

People started finding our little store from places we've never even been.

And this morning...

We looked at the Jefferson Corner Store page and saw something we never imagined seeing this soon:

10,000 FOLLOWERS. WOW.

Ten thousand people decided that whatever the hell we're doing up here at 9,502 feet is worth sticking around to watch. 😂❤️

But here's what matters most to Jamie and me:

We don't think of you as 10,000 followers.

You're the JCS Fam.

Some of you have been here since the beginning.

Some found us because of Herbie and Winnie.

Some live right down the road.

Some live thousands of miles away and may never have stepped foot in Colorado.

But somehow you found Jefferson.
And somehow... you found us. ❤️

From 14 customers on opening day...to 10,000 members of the JCS Fam. In less than nine months.

That's absolutely fudging unbelievable.

And we need you to know something:
WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED. 🔥

There's a whole lot coming.
More food.
More fudge.
More animals.
More improvements.
More ridiculousness. 😂
More stories.
And plenty more things we're probably going to break and then have to figure out how to fix. 😂🔧

But whatever comes next... we're taking you guys along for the ride.
So from Jamie, Jon, me, our family, our crew, Herbie, Winnie and everybody who makes this crazy little mountain store what it is...

Hey JCS Fam,

We had an amazing Sconer come in and teach Head Chef Jamie to make scones. She put her magic touch on them and came out with these amazing treats!

All made in house with love! Flavors this week are:

Lemon Cranberry

❤️🏔️ HEY JCS FAM…

Our newest shipment showed up today!

📦 200+ items came through the door.
🔥 44 of them are BRAND NEW products for JCS.

And now Scott gets the glamorous job of entering every new item into the POS so they'll actually scan at the register and not get yelled at by the Head Chef. 😂😂

But standing here looking at this pile today got us thinking about something…

When Jamie and I opened JCS, nobody handed us a manual.

There wasn't a corporate office telling us what products to buy.

There wasn't a merchandising team telling us where to put everything.

There wasn't a million-dollar budget to fill the shelves.

Not to mention, how to manage an ever growing ranch and when to downsize the operation while we grown the JCS.

Everything you see inside JCS, we've bought with our own money and built one piece at a time.

So how did we decide what belonged on those shelves?

We asked YOU.

We asked our locals. ❤️
Our friends and neighbors.
Our hikers. 🥾
Our fishermen and women. 🎣
Our campers. 🏕️
Our Airbnb guests.
Our travelers coming through on 285. 🚙

“If you came into our little store in Jefferson… what would you want to find?”

And then we listened.

That's how JCS has grown.

One suggestion.
One product.
One shelf.
One customer at a time.

So today, while we're unpacking another 200+ items and finding homes for 44 new products, Jamie and I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank you for helping us build a store that actually carries what our community wants.

Thank you for taking a chance on us.

Thank you for walking back through these doors after this store had been closed for almost a year.

Thank you for coming back again… and again… and bringing your friends and family with you.

Thank you for supporting our family, our employees, and this crazy little vision we had for a corner store at 9,502 feet. 🏔️

And most of all…

Thank you for seeing what we see.

We're nowhere near finished.

We're still listening.

We're still learning.

And we're still filling these shelves WITH YOU. ❤️

Well JCS Fam… we’ve been at it in the kitchen again. 😂🔥

🍂🏔️ NEW SEASON… NEW HOURS… SAME JCS! 🏔️🍂

Hey JCS Fam! ❤️

As the seasons start changing and our Colorado mountain days get a little shorter, we’re changing our store hours right along with them.

⏰ NEW HOURS: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EVERY DAY

But you know us… 6:00 doesn’t mean we’re kicking anybody out the door. 😂

If customers are still coming in, our closer will stay open and close up 15 minutes after the last customer leaves. If you made the drive to see us, we’re going to take care of you. 💪

🔥 AND ANOTHER JCS UPDATE!

We now have AmeriGas propane bottles available at JCS! So when the grill, camper, heater, or whatever else you’ve got decides to run dry… we’ve got you covered.

Come grab your groceries, drinks, snacks, JCS Famous Fudge, propane and whatever else you need before heading home or back into the mountains.

Hey JCS Fam,

Some of you see Winnie at the store as a speed bump!

This is her at the ranch!

We are repairing a fence and our noisy yak Herbie decided to join! Winnie loves eating his horns!

I look over and see was snacking his horns through the fence!
