The sauce cook and burger smasher is celebrating a birthday today! He’s got the day off to celebrate, but rest assured he isn’t far from a grill. Thanks to Tony for knowing everybody’s order and keeping us fed. Celebrate big! 🎉 🎂

We will be closed Saturday, April 19. Make your way to Jefferson for the annual Jefferson Barbecue hosted by Jefferson Community Club and Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department. Details for it are in the comments or on those pages. It’s only happening once this year!

Friends, we’ll be closed today. As our state looks at some of the most potentially dangerous weather we’ve seen forecast for our area, remember not just to have a safety plan and be weather aware but to remember the power of prayer. Even the weather man hopes he’s wrong today, but let’s join in prayer for our friends and neighbors that this system will weaken without a path of major harm or injury. We’ll see you Monday!

👸 Amy Howell’s friends brought her out for a country store birthday lunch. 🥳 Alicia Conerly, Melissa Eckstein, Amy, Nicole Overstreet, Vicky Gunn, and Christi Few had lots of laughs celebrating. Thanks for letting us be a part of your celebration. You can’t beat the acoustics for singing “Happy Birthday” in here!

Jim and Chad said they’d heard about the store for a while, so when they came from Utah to visit Jamie in Jackson, Alabama, they made their way to us and even brought a Utah plate to leave their mark. We’ll hang it with the collection! That’s a pretty good little drive. 😊
