Ingredients
🔥 Fireball
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
½ teaspoon cinnamon
15.25 ounces vanilla cake (Betty Crocker Super Moist brand)
1 ounce Fireball wh**ky
16 ounces vanilla (white) almond bark candy coating
ground cinnamon, for garnish

🥃 Baileys
11-ounce package of shortbread cookies (Lorna Doone)
¾ cup of powdered sugar
8-ounce block of cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup of Baileys Original Irish Cream
16 ounces of white vanilla almond bark
4 ounces of milk chocolate almond bark

🤎 Rum Balls
3 cups of finely ground vanilla wafer cookie crumbs (from an 11-ounce box)
1½ cups of finely ground walnuts (from a 6-ounce bag)
⅔ cups of powdered sugar
¼ cup of Dutch-process 100% cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of light corn syrup
½ cup of dark rum
Optional coatings: nonpareils sprinkles, chocolate jimmies sprinkles, finely chopped walnuts, finely chopped Heath brand candy bar crumbs, powdered sugar, Dutch-process cocoa powder

💚 Boozy Grapes
1 pound seedless green grapes, removed from the stem and rinsed clean
12 ounces Watermelon White Claw (1 ½ cups)
3 ounces vodka
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
½ cup granulated sugar

🧡 Fireball Cherry
10 ounces maraschino cherries with stems
¼ cup Fireball cinnamon wh***ey
5 ounces white chocolate melting wafers (from a 10-ounce Ghiradhelli package)
¼ cup colored sanding sugar sprinkles

🍓 Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots
3 ounces strawberry jello mix
1 cup boiling water
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
½ cup white rum
40 whole strawberries, as large as you can find
Granulated sugar, garnish
Lime wedges

🍒 Cherry Bombs
10 ounces maraschino cherries with stems
¼ cup Vodka, I used Absolut Vanilia
5 ounces white chocolate melting discs
¼ cup blue sanding sugar
