Steeped in Appalachian roots, SharpTop sits between the old jail and county courthouse, a full-circle moment for a region shaped by moonshine, marble mines, and generations of mountain grit.

The tasting kicks off with Honest Man’s Friend & Protector Moonshine, a 100% corn whiskey delivering notes of hot buttered popcorn and light caramel. From there, the glasses move to Connahaynee Reserve Barrel Aged Whiskey, where time in the barrel adds depth and oak while keeping that corn-forward soul intact. The second half features Lawless McClain’s Cut Straight Bourbon, a bold 100-proof, 4+ year bourbon with a rye-driven backbone, balanced sweetness, and a finish that shows real patience and purpose.
