The rumors are true, y’all...

Brands like Geek Bar, Lost Mary, Foger, and many others are all being targeted under the new Texas law going into effect September 1, 2025. That means most of the vapes we carry now are in the process of being banned, which is why it’s been so hard to keep them in stock lately!

We're doing our best to keep your favorites on the shelves while we still can — but once they're gone, they may not be coming back. Stock up while you can and stay tuned as we keep you updated on everything happening.

🚨 Important Announcement for Our Customers 🚨

As many of you may have heard, Texas Senate Bill 2024 has been signed into law and will go into effect on September 1, 2025. This new law does not ban all vapes, but it does place restrictions on certain products and how they’re sold and marketed.

Here’s what this means for us and you: 🔹 V**es manufactured in or marketed as being from China will be prohibited
🔹 V**es containing or marketed as having hemp-derived cannabinoids (like THCa), kratom, alcohol, or other restricted substances will no longer be allowed
🔹 No more child-appealing designs (e.g., candy flavors, cartoon characters)
🔹 V**es shaped like other products (e.g., pens, phones, highlighters) will also be restricted

❗ Violating the law can lead to serious penalties — up to 1 year in jail and $4,000 per offense.
