To fill our shelves, we seek the best producers from every major and minor wine growing region in the world. While organic and biodynamic viticulture or any of the various other principles of "natural wine" are important to us, we try to choose conscientious wine growers who are better suited to making those decisions. The world of craft beer is currently enjoying its finest hour, and we are thril

led to be taking a role in this ever-evolving cultural phenomenon. Our selection attempts to showcase both the best of our vibrant local scene and the inspirational motherlands, i.e. Belgium, Germany, England, and the American West Coast. Welcome MEM tea! We love tea and want to bring you the best tea we can find. It just so happens that we found it right across the river! You probably already know MEM, as their tea is everywhere, and for good reason. Their sourcing is top notch, they package fresh, and they really have something for everyone. We will stock a cross-section of MEM's offerings, from delicate white and green to earthy oolong and black, to herbals to get you through the cold months. As the mercury dips during tonight's Stroll, we will be joined by Chris from MEM, who is bringing a batch of chai to warm up those cold strolling bones. We'll also sample MEM's "Rooibos Decorated", a vanilla-infused herbal tea that Dave called "decadent". Trust.
