So my grandson Sawyer didn’t know we were selling until tonight. ♥️ He wrote this message.
Trying to explain this to a seven year old is not easy. I felt bad. Poor little guy. This is all he has known. There’s a lot of history here for us. It was our home away from home. I hope the next people are just as in love with this place as we are. It was a good ride. 😊

Today is the day we stepped out on faith and started a business. 7 years ago we opened our doors with no money , no customers, no idea of what we were doing and nothing but each other with one thought in mind… I said, “ I wish someone would buy that store.” And here we are. It happened so fast! I can’t believe we are still here at year 7. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride. Never a dull moment. I have fired Patrick a million times over the years but I’m so glad he has stuck it out with me. He is the heart of the business. In the back of my mind I always wondered why? Why would God have us here. Well let me give you a glimpse into Sawyer’s…
We have had the privilege to be the ears of sorrow, joy and happiness. We have had the privileged to lend a helping hand. We have had the privilege to really get to know people and share in their lives and some we have lost and believe me they are truly missed. This business… is our home. Home is a place you can be yourself. You can go there and be comfortable and you can go there to be safe.
Welcome to our home. Please come in and make your self comfortable. We enjoy seeing you. So long story short im glad we were the one’s to buy the store and make it look better. I know we are here for a reason. ( there is a hotel that leaves a light on) we will leave the leg lamp light on . 😊😊
