A good meal deserves a thoughtful w**e pairing.

Our estate-grown Carignan brings lively red-fruit character and acidity to the table, while the Reserve offers additional depth with notes of sweet oak, coffee, and earthy undertones.

From herb-roasted chicken to braised meats and mushroom risotto, both offer something wonderful to explore.

Discover these two expressions at Bingham in Hye as we look forward to International Carignan Day on October 29.
