Preservation Distillery's second-ever Immaculata release blends their own 8-year wheated pot-still bourbon with a 10-year Kentucky high-rye and 18-19 year sourced Kentucky bourbon — cask strength, unfiltered, bottled at 118.2 proof.

Nose: salted praline, butterscotch, vanilla, golden raisin. The younger pot-still whiskey is stealing the spotlight from the 18-year-old in this one. 🔥
