EMPLOYEE KUDOS: A big shoutout to Chad Setzler, our Front End Store Manager in Acton, TX. "Chad works full-time, then volunteers at the local fire department afterward. He often gives rides to employees who don’t have transportation and goes out of his way to help older customers at their homes, whether it’s lifting something heavy or lending a hand with small tasks they can’t manage alone. I’ve also seen him take time just to brighten a customer’s day when they’re feeling down, always trying to leave them with a smile," said Store Director Christopher Roiz.

We’ve all seen the devastating impact of the recent disaster in the Texas Hill Country. Our hearts go out to those who have lost loved ones, homes, and to those facing injury and property damage.

In response, Brookshire Brothers is partnering with The Salvation Army to support recovery efforts. From now through July 23rd, you can make a difference by donating $1, $3, or $5 at checkout in any of our stores. All proceeds will be donated to The Salvation Army.

The Salvation Army was among the first to respond and will remain in the community as long as needed. Since Friday, they have distributed thousands of meals, drinks, snacks, hygiene kits, and cleanup kits. The work is just beginning.

Let’s come together and help our neighbors in need. 🫶
