🎉 Lifetime Achievement Award Presentation 🎉
Last week, during our Chamber Member Appreciation Social at Good Ship Brewing & Eatery, the Chamber was honored to recognize Tommy Neal of Randolph Market with a Lifetime Achievement Award, subtitled “Building a Family Business and Serving the Community.”
As a second-generation owner, Tommy spent more than 30 years providing steadfast leadership as co-owner of Randolph Market—supporting local small businesses, navigating workforce challenges, and adapting to ever‑changing customer needs. He later guided the successful transition of the business to the next generation, ensuring its legacy would continue.
Beyond the business itself, Tommy truly knew his customers. He built meaningful relationships, learned our names (and our children’s names), and showed up for our community through births, losses, holidays, and every kind of gathering in between.
On behalf of the Chamber and the entire community, we sincerely thank Tommy for his years of service, kindness, and lasting impact. 💙
We wish him all the best in a well‑deserved retirement.
