A reminder to Borough residents of two community activities impacting street traffic near and around the Diamond tomorrow (Saturday, May 10):
The Blair Regional YMCA 's Diamond Dash is composed of three separate races with courses and a ceremony that happen at or near the Diamond on Allegheny and surrounding streets. After the races, Hollidaysburg Downtown's Blossoms in the Burg event will be held from 11am to 3pm. Participating businesses are located throughout Allegheny Street and surrounding areas, and the portion of North Montgomery Street near CopyRite on the Diamond will be blocked for traffic and filled with event vendors. There will be an increase in both foot and vehicle traffic before, during and after this event.
