A lot of people have been asking about our Feel Good Friday’s with Kyla, so here’s a simple explanation!

Chair dancing is a fun, low-impact exercise program that combines music, movement, and fitness while seated in a chair or using a chair for support. It's a safe and enjoyable way to stay active, improve flexibility, and boost your mood.

The best part? You don't need any dance experience! Participants simply move their arms, legs, hands, and upper body to the rhythm of the music at their own pace and comfort level.

Join us every Friday from June through August (except July 24, July 31, and August 7) at 6:30 p.m. at the Summers County Memorial Building in Hinton.

We were more than a little stunned to discover that there is an annual Possum Festival in Florida. They don’t have a pageant though. WE’RE the only ones doing that!

Honestly, it just proves that there is massive interest in all things We think the can become a festival too!
