H**p For Victory! Best possible outcome as SB 591 was voted unanimously 40-0 for it to be sent back to committee which will not meet again this session, so in an essence killing the bill without taking a roll call vote up or down on it. The bill now does not go to the house. Also doing it this way does not allow the Governor to sign the old bill before he amended it. So all in all this is a huge victory for the h**p industry and h**p consumers!

Another great moment today was Senator Jill Vogel recognized the VHC in the gallery during the session.

And big thank you to all those who called / emailed or met with your State Senator and Delegate regarding SB 591. Your communications helped the cause and this victory for our inherent cannabis / h**p rights.

And let us not forget that Senator Emmett Hanger really tried his best at every step to stick it to the Virginia h**p industry and Virginians who have the inherent right and free choice to use h**p products as they see fit. Remember that name on who not to vote for in 2023.
