The Macallan 110 proof character is beautifully led by European oak casks, seasoned with sherry wine in Jerez de la frontera, Spain. It delivers aromas of sticky dates, cherry compote, cinnamon, cacao nibs and dried orange slices. On the palate, rich oak, sultanas, stem ginger, star anise, mandarin and dark chocolate coated espresso beans with a finish of treacle toffee, mocha and sweet cinnamon.
