Get your gear ready and your tip-ups set! 🎣

We are thrilled to announce the Mill River Brewing & Friends of Northern Lake Champlain Clean Water Ice Fishing Derby is back! Join us for a day of community, conservation, and competition on the ice.

📍 Where: 624 Shipyard Rd, Highgate Springs, VT

🗓️ When: Saturday, February 21, 2026
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

How to Enter:
Head over to Martin’s General Store to grab your tickets! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-timer, we’ve got categories for everyone:
🐟 Adult Perch Category - $30
🐟 Children’s Perch Category (Ages 10 & younger) - FREE

The Perks:
⏳ Hourly Weigh-ins: Keep the excitement going all day with prizes awarded every hour.
Lunch is on us! Mill River Brewing will be providing a free bag lunch for all ticket holders.

🏆 Grand Finale: Trophies and final prizes will be distributed at Martin’s General Store immediately following the last weigh-in.

This event is all about enjoying our beautiful Lake Champlain while supporting clean water initiatives. Grab the kids, call your friends, and let's make some tracks on the ice!

Though it doesn’t break the “Other Category” Derby Record, we wanted to share this 7.20lb Hybrid that was weighed in this weekend! It is the biggest hybrid reported during the Islands Ice Fishing Derby! 🎣🐟
