Today is International Pipe Smoking Day!! Enjoy a bowl!!

February 20: Pipe Smoking Day
International Pipe Smoking Day (IPSD) is celebrated annually on February 20th, a day dedicated to pipe smoking enthusiasts worldwide. Launched in 2008 by Smokers Forums, a UK-based online community, IPSD commemorates the anniversary of the forum and fosters connections among pipe smokers globally. The day honors the oldest traditional form of smoking, which predates ci**rs and ci******es, and has deep historical roots, particularly among Native American cultures that viewed to***co as sacred. Pipe smoking evolved into a symbol of leisure and intellectualism, especially during the 19th century when modern pipe culture emerged. Warped Ci**rs and Gurkha's Undisputed Tyson 2.0!!

Kyle Gellis® established Warped in 2007, but his interest in ci**rs was stoked much earlier. Kyle’s father was an avid cigar lover, and Kyle was always at his side after he came home from work and had a smoke. At the age of six Kyle delighted in choosing the cigar, cutting it, and holding the lighter while his father unwound from the day. Kyle listened as his father explained what he tasted, the characteristics he liked and didn’t like. It was an early education in the preferences of the consummate cigar consumer.

Today all the old cigar factories in Little Havana have closed down, with only El Titan de Bronze on Calle Ocho remaining. It is here that Kyle produces Warped Ci**rs, some of the most unique, Cuban-inspired ci**rs on the U.S. market. Each cigar in Warped’s portfolio is personally and masterfully blended by Kyle in a style that brings each sensory component together in balanced harmony. Warped is a direct reflection of Kyle’s vision for what the ideal cigar profile should be.

Tyson 2.0 Undisputed -- Gurkha’s third project for release is sure to pack a punch to the market. The Tyson 2.0 Undisputed is a collaboration between Gurkha Ci**rs and Mike Tyson. There are two different blends being released from the Tyson 2.0 Undisputed line: Maduro, which is encased in a black top box, and Habano, which is encased in a gold metallic box. Each box is completely unique and like nothing you’ve seen before. The Habano has earthy notes with some pepper, toast, and spiciness; and the Maduro boasts the sweet San Andres wrapper while drawing in dark chocolate and peppery spices.

U.S. Patent Office records show that J.C. Newman first rolled Sarzedas ci**rs in 1900. A century ago, Sarzedas was widely known as “The Aromatic Cigar.” 125 years later, J.C. Newman reintroduces...Sarzedas ci**rs!!

Known as "The Aromatic Cigar", Sarzedas ci**rs are rolled in four sizes, a 6” x 50 toro, a 4.75” x 52 robusto, a 7” x 48 Churchill, and a 5.5” x 43 corona. They were blended by Rich Dolak, J.C. Newman’s longtime Vice President of Operations who has been blending ci**rs with the Newmans for 29 years. Sarzedas features a silky-smooth Ecuadorian Shade wrapper, and binder and filler to***cos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Now available here at Pipes Ltd. of Hickory!

Tatuaje has announced the return of its Boris Karloff cigar. This time, the cigar gets a new size in the form of a 5 1/4 x 52 Robusto.

Boris Karloff was a renowned actor famous for his portrayal of Frankenstein’s monster. This character inspired the first release of the Tatuaje Monsters series, called The Frank. The Boris Karloff name and likeness are licensed by Karloff Enterprises / Sara Karloff.

The Boris Karloff cigar is based on the Karloff blend, introduced in 2020. The blend features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over all Nicaraguan to***cos. There are a total of 2,000 20-count boxes available. Production comes from the My Father Ci**rs factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Tatuaje says the Boris Karloff will arrive at select retailers the second week in November, just in time for Boris Karloff’s actual birthday, November 23rd. G
