We are not throwing the towel in yet!
Yes, there is a third liquor store opening and Yes, sadly it’s right in the middle of town. BUT we have put way too much time, sweat and tears to not only open this store, but to bring the convenience of having a liquor store in Hiawassee. We were dealt a dirty deal. We were told only one liquor store would be permitted. Out of respect for our community we opened our store off the beaten path and now as multiple liquor stores have been permitted to open, this decision has come back to bite us.
Please help us stay open and show your support.
