We want to express sincere appreciation for your patience, continued support, and kindness while we took the time to heal and rebuild. Now, we’re ready to open our doors again with grateful hearts and excitement for what’s ahead. With very heavy hearts, we want to inform everyone that Lisa Verrastro, Barley and Vine’s owner, a pillar of the community, and an incredibly loved woman by all that met her, passed away on October 12. She loved Hertford, her favorite “small Hallmark movie” town, and being able to be part of its growth. Barley and Vine was a very special place to her. Every person that walked in as a stranger, left as a friend and turned into family. The love and energy she put into the store will always remain. Her family will continue to keep such a special space running. While we go through these trying times, we will continue to update on store hours until a set schedule is made. For today, October 16, Barley and Vine will be open at noon.
