❄️A Marshmallow World (our Christmas pop-up bar) announcement❄️ We’ve made the difficult decision (at the risk of sounding dramatic) to not open this year. We had SO much fun the past two years- decorating, creating, and serving festive cocktails to the jolliest of patrons. It was a success beyond what we imagined and we can’t thank everyone enough for supporting. When it comes down to it, it no longer works for our family, hence the reason we closed Evergreen to begin with. If you’ve emailed/commented/messaged, we’re sorry it’s taken us so long to come up with a firm answer. We were back and forth and as much as we wanted to continue “making it snow” in Hermann, we know this is the right decision for now.

Introducing: The Bottle Shop 🍾
After a few months of brainstorming and weighing our options, we’ve turned the back half of Evergreen into a bottle shop. It’s allowed us to expand our wines, spirits, liqueurs, aperitifs, amaros, etc. and gave us much more space in The Fancy Pheasant. Come check it out!

Nobletons Distilling came to visit last week and we love how captured it. Both the bar and are stocked with their Planters Whiskey and Peoples Gin. These folks are making great stuff and if you ever have a chance, their distillery/tasting room in Union is a must-visit!
