Nelia Washburn is a 2021 STORM graduate. Nelia chose to attend James Madison University to pursue a degree in Health Science with a Minor in Policy and Administration and is currently starting her Junior year. However, Nelia did not hang up her cleats! Nelia made the NCSA Division 1 James Madison Club Softball team where she has been able to continue playing softball, while helping the Lady Dukes finish 5th in the nation last season! Nelia also serves on the executive board for the softball team, helps run practices, and plans team fundraisers and team bonding activities. Nelia is an active member of Phi Sigma Sigma as well. We are very proud of Nelia’s academic involvement and accomplishments, as well as that she is still getting dirty on the softball field.
