Sad day for the Parlor. It is the end (at the end of the month). All the things the government has done to help small businesses has forced the decision to close. The reality is the only regulations they has added or are in the process of adding have made the decision to close an easy choice. Thank you to all the governments, local, state and federal (mostly federal). Please don't ever help any of my businesses again.
