Harrington's Food Mart Sweepstakes Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: The Harrington Food Mart Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Washington State, 18 years of age, or a guardians permission. Employees of Harrington's Food Mart, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 27 and ends on November 7 at 1:00 PM. Entries submitted after the end of the Sweepstakes period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Come in the Harrington Food Mart, each customer will receive tickets. Don’t want to buy anything? Just ask for a ticket and you will receive one free ticket per day until the drawing.
Prize: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. (please refer to list of prizes listed above)
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be held on November 7th, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6 Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone, or in-person at the store within 1 days after the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize Claim: Winners must claim their prize in person at Harrington Food Mart or as otherwise instructed by the Sweepstakes sponsor. Winners may be required to provide identification to claim their prize.
8 General Terms: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Harrington’s Food Mart reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules.
9 Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Harrington’s Food Mart to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10 Limitations: Harrington’s Food Mart is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or for technical malfunctions of any kind. Void where prohibited by law.
11 Taxes: All taxes associated with the receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
