Some of our favorite days start with no plan at all.

A bottle you’ve been meaning to try. A tin you’ve never had before. Something salty, something bright, something sweet. Then a spot by the river, a beach towel, a porch swing, or a picnic table tucked beneath the redwoods.

The Russian River has always been a place for slowing down, gathering close, and making simple moments feel a little special. We created our picnic program to make that easy.

A little river morning, a little shop afternoon ✨

We’ll be opening The Guerneville Wine Collective a bit later today—around 2:30ish—while we spend the morning at Brunch on the River (11–2) with the Chamber.

You’ll find it right over the river on the bridge by the plaza—Ben’s there running the beverages (naturally), making sure everything in your glass is exactly where it should be. I’ll be there enjoying it all as a guest, taking in one of those perfectly Guerneville kind of days.

✨ No brunch ticket? No problem. There’s also a market happening alongside it, so you can still come wander, snack, and soak up the scene.

We’ll be back at the shop once brunch wraps, doors open mid-afternoon with all your favorites waiting—something cold, something fun, something that just fits the day.

Our hearts are still so full. 🤍

Wednesday night at was one of those moments we’ll carry with us for a long time. Seeing so many of you come out to celebrate one year of The and the official beginning of meant more than we can put into words.

The love in that room was real. It was generous. It was humbling.

We started this little shop with a simple idea: to create a place that reflects the people we love and the community we’re lucky enough to be part of. And River Folk Wines grew from that same place in our hearts — a true love letter to this river town and to all of you who have believed in us along the way.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for cheering us on.
Thank you for letting us dream bigger than we ever thought we could.

If you haven’t picked up a bottle yet, come by the shop and take River Folk Wines home with you. It was made for you. 🌿🍷

There’s a little shift happening on the shelves right now… and & have been quietly restocking the good stuff. ✨

We just brought in Sockerbit Swedish candy—those soft, pillowy gummies that live somewhere between a marshmallow and a classic gummy. Bright, nostalgic, and honestly a little addictive in the best way.

Rosé season is officially here too. 🌸
The shop is full of bottles from near and far—fresh, textured, beach-blanket rosés, river-afternoon rosés, “open this with friends and don’t overthink it” rosés.

And then there’s something completely different:

Paleokeriso from Greece (which means old fashioned). Made from the indigenous white grape Debina (97%) & Vlahiko.
It drinks like cider met beer met orange wine and decided to spend the afternoon together. Slightly wild, super refreshing, and packed in a generous 500ml bottle. If you like discovering something new, this is your bottle.

Also—next Wednesday we’re heading down the street to to celebrate something really special:
