🍷𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐁𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 + 𝐉𝐚𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡-𝐉𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐥
The first time we tasted Joseph-Jibril, we didn’t just love the wine—we felt it. It was vibrant, clean, full of soul, and so clearly made with care. The kind of wine that makes you slow down and notice what’s in your glass—and who you’re sharing it with.
Then we met Bobby and Jaam—and everything clicked.
Bobby came to wine later in life, after a decade in restaurants and a trip to Italy that changed everything. He moved back home to Sonoma County, moved in with his parents, and threw himself into studying wine—first at SRJC, then Cal Poly, and finally back here, working in cellars and learning the craft from the inside out.
Jaam’s path started across the country in Massachusetts and took him around the world—harvests in Chile, Bordeaux, Priorat, Australia, and finally, the Sonoma Coast. For him, winemaking was a way to connect art, science, community, and culture—a discipline that touched every part of being human.
They met while working in production, became friends, and eventually decided to make something of their own. Joseph-Jibril Wines —named after their middle names—is a love letter to wine, to friendship, to doing things with intention. Everything they make is rooted in minimal intervention, but with deep attention to detail and respect for the process.
We carry three of their wines at the shop, and we love each one for what it is—honest, expressive, and full of life. But even more than that, we love the people behind the bottles. Bobby and Jaam are the real deal. Talented, humble, and wildly dedicated to their craft.
Come meet their wines. We’ll be here to tell you the rest of the story.
Things we love, made by people we love. Always.
