25 Years of Dedication: Marissa Allmond’s Journey with Spinx
Marissa Allmond, General Manager, has been with Spinx for nearly 25 years. Although she holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Security and Computer Networking, her true passion lies in the retail industry. While Marissa has explored other professions over the years, it’s the culture at Spinx that continues to draw her back.
She enjoys interacting with customers and appreciates the positive energy she experiences each day. As Marissa puts it, the job may involve many of the same tasks daily, but every day brings something different.
Marissa also values the strong relationships she has built with her team and the support she receives from management. She especially appreciates the leadership training provided for General Managers, which helps her continue growing in her role.
As a General Manager, Marissa often shares her own career journey with potential applicants. She highlights the opportunities for advancement at Spinx, along with benefits such as tuition reimbursement.
With nearly a quarter century of service, Marissa says she simply can’t imagine her professional future without Spinx.
