October 25, we were already planning a New Orleans French Quarter coffee + New Orleans cigar experience… Steelers in France vs. New Orleans… certainly rounds out the morning. Beltane, a traditional Celtic fire festival, celebrates the arrival of the season of light. Marked by ritual bonfires, its smoke was believed to cleanse and protect, welcoming the season ahead, renewing the land, and bringing people together around fire.

In that same spirit, The Beltane Burn marks the turning of the season — from dark to light — as longer days and warmer nights take hold. The evening will begin with a communal lighting of ci**rs and a spirited toast to the season, followed by a relaxed night of smoke, whiskey, good company, and Beltane-inspired offerings. And perhaps you’ll be the lucky guest chosen to become Bearer of the Beltane Crown, enjoying a standing cigar at the lounge each Friday night through the season of light.
