💛💜 Midweek Motivation: Rooted in Kindness 💜💛
Rachel Fraley, the heart and hands behind Root + Clay, is once again showing just how deeply she cares about our Greenfield community — especially our youngest Tigers. 🐯
After spending time inside the school, Rachel witnessed something that tugged at her heart: students arriving in clothing that’s too small, worn out, or simply not right for the season. Shoes that don’t stay on. Kids trying to learn while quietly struggling with basic needs.
But she’s not just watching — she’s doing something about it. ✨
📚 Rachel is launching a Back-to-School Clothing Drive focused on preschool through 5th grade students — to help them walk into the school year feeling confident, clean, and cared for.
Here’s how YOU can help:
👕 Donate gently used, freshly washed kids’ clothing and shoes (preschool–5th grade)
🧦 NEW socks & underwear
🎽 School spirit wear is especially appreciated
📦 Large totes or bins to help sort donations
🙌 Volunteers to assist with sorting and setup
🟣 The goal? A free shopping day for families before school starts, if enough donations are collected.
Let’s rally around Rachel and our elementary kids — because no child should have to worry about what they’re wearing when they should be focused on learning and growing. 🌱💛
