Created by Felipe Camerena, G4 (four generations) is a tequila distilled at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco
Cooked in one of two stone ovens on site for 22 hours and crushed in a handmade metal tahona nicknamed Felipestein (Frankenstein). It is distilled in copper stills for both distillations.
50/50 mix of collected rainwater and spring water.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Minerality and agave
- Taste: Cooked agave, herbal and vegetal notes, black pepper but some butter and smoke smooth the whole profile out nicely
- Finish: Light and clean, some lingering heat but just a touch

Código 1530 Tequila is produced with a blend of highland and valley agave, steam, and pressure cooked in autoclaves, then milled using a roller mill. An organic baker’s yeast from a family bakery in Amatitán is used for fermentation, following which the mosto is distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills to create Tequila.

Come in store OR message me for home delivery 🔥 This is created by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca at Tequileña. Total aging of almost 3 years, first in used Cabernet Franc wine barrels from the Loire Valley of France for a minimum of 14 months then laid into toasted American white oak previously used to age either Canadian whiskey or Tennessee rye whiskey, for a minimum of 14 additional months. Stainless steel fermentation with Mendoza wine yeast strains.
