The batch cocktail that'll get you through the whole cookout 🍑

Peach Bourbon Smash — makes 8

2 cups bourbon
1 cup peach nectar
½ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup simple syrup
Fresh mint + peach slices

Stir everything in a pitcher, chill, pour over ice, garnish with mint. Make it before guests arrive and spend the rest of the day actually enjoying your own party.

It's officially the front end of bourbon season, and we're not mad about it. Come find your bottle — our team will point you to the right one for mixing.

Suntory flash-freezes whole fruit in liquid nitrogen, crushes it — peel, oils and all — then infuses it into vodka. The result is a seltzer that actually tastes like fruit instead of fruit-flavored. Lemon, grapefruit, peach and strawberry, 3g of sugar.

And because we like range, we're pouring The Glenlivet 12 Year Provence Edition right next to it — a Speyside single malt finished in Provence Cru Classé w**e casks.

On Thursday, September 10 at 5:30, we’re pouring six w**es from across Tuscany — and a w**e professional from Tavolo Vigneto is walking us through every one of them. Where the grapes grew, why the region matters, what to look for in the glass.

It’s $10 a person, and that gets you all six pours plus a guided tour of one of the greatest w**e regions on earth. No passport required.

Tickets are $10 and only available in the store — stop by and grab yours before spots run out.

TODAY - Saturday, August 22, we’re running tastings all day long from 11 AM to 7 PM, with a brand-new lineup every two hours: craft la**rs and Kentucky bourbon at 11, canned cocktails and sweet Indiana w**es at 1, Woodford Reserve at 3, and patio-season favorites at 5.

One year ago, we were a 7,200 square foot question mark on Godfrey Road.

We knew what we wanted to build — a place where picking out a bottle feels like a conversation instead of a transaction, where nobody feels dumb for asking the difference between bourbon and rye, and where you can pull through the drive-thru when you are already running late to the cookout.

What we did not know was whether the Riverbend wanted that.

Turns out you did. You showed up. You asked great questions. You brought your neighbors. You let us be part of your holidays, your tailgates, and your ordinary Tuesday nights.

So on Saturday, August 22 — we are throwing a party. Tastings running throughout the day, giveaways, and the whole team on hand to pour, recommend, and thank you in person.

Elysian Space Dust IPA: big, bright and citrusy, the b**r that put Elysian on a lot of people’s maps. 🌌

Happy Dad Hard Tea, cold and easy in the wide-mouth can. NÜTRL — vodka, seltzer, real fruit juice, that’s the whole list. And Cutwater canned cocktails that taste like a bartender made them, because one basically did. 🍹
