🔥🥃HOT DROPS🥃🔥

🥃High West Midwinter Night's Dram - their exceptional Rye wh***ey blend has historically been finished in port barrels, this year's 20th anniversary bottle is finished in not only Ruby and tawny port but also Amontillado, Oloroso, and PX Sherry casks! Nose of wild strawberry, blackberry preserves and figs and on the palate you may find blood orange, cherry leather, cinnamon dusted plums and apricot scones. They've ALSO dropped the retail considerably. ALL exciting things! Had the pleasure of sampling this last night and it is GREAT - Available now!

🥃Copper and Cask Batch 17 and 18 ~ Batch 17 is a blend of low and high rye bourbons aged at least 9 years. The barrels were finished in a combo of Cognac, Armagnac, Oloroso Sherry and Tawny Port casks for ag least 9 months. Cherry jam, orange zest, butterscotch and hints of cola. Batch 18 is a double oaked bourbon blend finished in Char 1 barrels with 4 different custom toast levels along with a combo of standard and grooves stave barrels. Espresso, dark maple and creme brulee, candied orange peel. Both are RIDICULOUSLY good!

🥃Walleye Run Hunter's Batch Rye ~ a 7 year malted rye which is 50% New Holland wh***ey and 50% Journeyman! They're married together and finished in both Maple and Applejack casks to yield deep dark cherry apple, pineapple brown sugar and blueberry notes!

🥃Hennessy Henny Flavors ~ Premixed bottled cocktails using classic Hennessy VS as their base! Henny-Rita with bright natural citrus and lime. Henny Berry is made with blackberry, blackcurrant, lime and a hint of mint. Henny Iced Tea combines the smooth vanilla spice of Hennessy with layers of crisp black tea with lemon and orange.

🥃Redwood Empire Hyperion ~ Brand new super limited bottle from Redwood Empire, featuring a unique blend of 32% bourbon, 30% rye, 25% wheat wh***ey and 13% American single malt all sourced from different states! We can attest this is a remarkably superb wh***ey, since we had a sneak bottle at our Glen Ellyn Wh***eyFest earlier this month!

🥃Kentucky Nectar Distributor Pick ~ Old Commonwealth has been killing it and this just continues the trend! It's double barrel cask strength Wheated Bourbon that's been carefully finished in honey casks. The honey is more refined and not gomickynkn the slightest, with a goal of purely enhancing rather than making a syrupy sweet easy drinker. Come on down!

🥃Bardstown Lochs of Jura Collaboration ~ This one is OUTSTANDING! This is a bespoke blend of 11 and 12yr bourbon and 10yr Rye which is then married together for a whopping 32 MONTHS in Scotch wh***ey barrels from the remote Isle of Jura. Rich sipe fruit caramel, baking spices and soft malt. It's a winner!

🥃Old Hoffman Bourbon from Old Commonwealth ~ Brand new in one market! 6 year old double oaked Kentucky Bourbon, entering a new char #1 barrel for 8 months, giving lots of rich caramel, cherry, and brown butter notes!

🥃Red Top Rye from Old Commonwealth ~ After selling out instantly last time we got some in a couple months back, more red top has appeared! 7 year old Kentucky 100% rye that shows fig, raisin, cardamom, clove and ginger notes. Absolutely delicious and a steal!

🥃Heaven Hill Double Mash ~ We luckily received more of this excellent bourbon! 2 parts traditional Heaven Hill mashbill and one part Wheated mashbill, both 7 years old. Married together and aged another 2 years. DELICIOUS!

🥃Black Maple Hill Red Label Bourbon ~ This wh***ey is curated by carefully blending with top tier barrels, resulting in a wh***ey that is layered with richness and nuance, shaped by oak influence and blending expertise. A gem!
