✨ Pillar of JWC Trucking Award ✨

Some drivers don’t just clock miles — they build the foundation of a company. Last Friday, we proudly recognized two of our longest-serving drivers, who have been with JWC Trucking since the very beginning:

Gary Lambrecht – joined 10/05/2013

Ray Longard – joined 10/14/2013

For over a decade, Gary and Ray have been more than drivers; they’ve been the steady hands and strong shoulders that helped shape what JWC Trucking is today. They do what they do — and they do it great.

To honor their dedication, we presented them with the 'Pillar of JWC Trucking Award', a crystal award symbolizing the strength and commitment they’ve shown every mile of the way.

✨ Driver of the Year – Donald “Dony” Wilson ✨

Each year, we honor one driver with the Milton Christensen Driver of the Year Award — given in memory of Milton, who was always ready to go with the flow, had an amazing attitude, and put on the miles safely.

This year, we’re proud to recognize Donald “Dony” Wilson as our 2025 Driver of the Year! 🙌

Dony had the most miles of the fleet, one of the best safety scores, and continues to be the kind of driver every company hopes for — dependable, positive, and always rolling with the punches. He never gives us issues, and he represents exactly what this award is about.

Driver Appreciation Week is Underway!

This week, we’re celebrating the amazing drivers who keep JWC Trucking rolling strong!

Yesterday, we kicked off our Driver Raffle and drew our first three winners 🎉 — and we’ll keep drawing three names every day until we reach the Grand Prize at the end of the week.

It’s our way of saying THANK YOU to our dedicated drivers who work hard, set the standard, and keep our company moving forward every single day. 🙌

Each year at JWC, we are excited for National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. We hold a raffle with prizes for our drivers and give out awards to recognize the drivers who go the extra mile.

Today we would like to congratulate Patrick Aerts for winning the first 2 prizes in our driver raffle. Pat won a gift card bundle and a plush blanket.

We have one more award today, that is the Driver of the Year
Award which we have started this year in honor of our friend Milton Christensen. The criteria for the driver winning this award is for the driver running the most consistent high miles, scoring at the highest level of safety rating, and exemplifying the most positive attitude.

This year’s recipient embodies all these things and more. He has been with JWC since 2013 and he is on our Million Miler wall of fame. He runs top mileage consistently, being only a few hundred miles shy of having the most in the fleet. His safety rating was tied at 95 out of 100. He has a million stories and personally I look forward to a new one every week.

Another testament to his character is he was fortunate to win multiple prizes in the drawing this year and has opted
for us to re-raffle the CB radio out to everyone else.
