Stacks Burgers is a local, family-owned gourmet burger company with multiple food trucks and brick and mortar locations in Western Washington. They are known for their hand-crafted burgers, using fresh, local ingredients, and house-made sauces. Introducing the 2023 Franc Blanc from Gard Vintners. We very much enjoy Cabernet Franc as a red wine, but it is equally delicious as white. The wine is crisp & delicious - it has a wonderful subtle sweetness to it, having melon notes with nice acidity (lemon notes) and also hints of fresh herbs. It is a great summer wine - light, refreshing, in between a Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.

Kopachuck State Park reopens Aug. 2!

Get ready for mid-summer days at Kopachuck State Park!

Our beloved forested beach park reopens on Saturday, Aug. 2, after a 14-month renovation.

Enjoy its new:

Outdoor amphitheater
Playground
Improved trails
Rentable facility
Park office and welcome center

Join in on opening day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a free, family-friendly event. They will be welcoming you back to the park with live music, food trucks, local vendors, Junior Ranger activities, beach walks and talks, park tours, and more.

The new parking lot holds 98 vehicles. Overflow parking for the event is available at neighboring Voyager Elementary School.

Don't forget to stop by Island View Market on your way for snacks, hydration, and more.
