ition of fine food. Thanks to our huge following, Cristi&Ali has won multiple first place awards, been featured in the Longview News-Journal, and even made an appearance on TV! Alina started as a young girl, learning recipes and traveling with her father. At the age of 19, she decided to make it on her own and started the gourmet restaurant on wheels; keeping close with family traditions. It was originally used by Alina’s Grandmother, who combined her two granddaughters names for a convenience store back in the family’s home country of Romania. Alina has poured her love for her family into her business, as George Bernard Shaw said, “there is no love sincerer than the love of food”.
