Flowers on Earth Day! Kim Elliott from the Sussex Conservation District presented soil education and gardening tips for Milton Members! She even brought goodies for our members to start their own garden! What a wonderful way to spread knowledge on how to protect our earth and keep it strong! Thank you Kim!

We are so grateful to the Peninsula Lakes Animal Lovers group for their generous donation of pet food and supplies today! In increasing numbers, many of our homebound Seniors are finding it hard to budget for their own food and that for their pet(s). Donations like these allow oue Seniors to keep their companion(s) without forgoing meals. Look how they stocked our shelves! Thank you Peninsula Lakes Animal Lovers! 🐈 🐕

Very often, homebound seniors have to choose between feeding themselves or their pets. When we deliver Meals on Wheels throughout Sussex County, we try to make sure that doesn’t happen. Donations make this possible. Thanks to our friends at CoastTV News for helping to explain this need. Donations of pet food or funds to purchase pet food are always welcome. If you or your business or organization would like to donate or lead a pet food drive, please let us know.
