"Delbert was employed with Brookshire Brothers since 1983. He worked several jobs during his tenure, including guard service, retail maintenance, return center, truck loading, and forklift mechanic. Delbert worked in the forklift shop for the majority of his career. If it had wheels, Delbert could work on it. He had a true dedication to his job and to Brookshire Brothers. Karmyn has been with us since March 1995, starting at our Corrigan location. For the past 25 years, she’s been a valued part of the Livingston team. She’s worn many hats over the years—starting in our deli and petro departments, then stepping into roles as a non-food manager, deli manager, pharmacy clerk, and now a pharmacy technician. Her dedication and versatility continue to inspire us all.

Brookshire Brothers Team Members Are Always Learning! 🧑‍🏫✍️

Earlier this month, 23 of our Market Managers, 5 Meat Merchandisers, and 4 Corporate Office team members took a trip to Texas A&M University in College Station for an insightful day focused on beef education.
Hosted by the Texas Beef Council, the session covered a wide range of valuable topics, including current consumer trends, an overview of the beef industry, key factors that impact beef quality, beef evaluation, and cuts of beef. 🥩📈

“The beef training was incredibly informative and valuable for everyone involved. Our market managers especially enjoyed it. Thank you to the Texas Beef Council and Texas A&M Meat Experts for all the effort they put into organizing it. It truly exceeded our expectations," said Anthony Baker.
