When we were in Tennessee on this pick, there was 1 rye that we liked but didn't love. They took all of our tasting notes, what we liked, didn't like and where we wanted it to go and gave them to Chris. Chris and his tasting panel picked this barrel for us based off of the sample and our notes.

We just got to try it today for the first time and we are extremely happy, it's really good!

During the maturation process for bourbon and whiskey, roughly 2-4% of the whiskey in each barrel evaporates through the oak barrels per year. Distillers refer to this portion as the Angels' Share. We've always known that whiskey is a heavenly drink!
