Uncorked is a limited-seat, ticketed w**e and food experience inside The Dram Shop at Angel’s Share. Each evening features a thoughtfully curated lineup of w**es paired with food from a local restaurant, all served in the intimate, tucked-away setting of The Dram Shop. It’s a night built around discovering great w**e, exploring how it comes to life with food, and enjoying a more personal kind of tasting experience.

Welcome W**e: Wolffer Estate Summer in a Bottle Rosé
An elegant and dry rosé with a copper-rose hue. This w**e is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino. Fruit-forward and crisp, there are notes of strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, and red currants. A great stand-alone w**e to get the night started.
Albert Bichot Crémant
This Crémant de Bourgogne is bright and vivacious with a nose of Meyer lemon, pink grapefruit, and white flowers. It's medium-bodied on the palate with notes of hazelnuts, almonds, orchard fruits, and brioche
