Good morning, I had quite a few purchase Inquiry responses to the post about the home at 212 Carrico Street.
To be clear it is a short term rental property between three nights and 30 nights. The following is a list of the properties we offer in Fries and Independence, Va.

Between all properties, we can sleep one person in a hotel room up to over 100 people between the four properties. Perfect for weddings, family reunions, and good old fashion extended family vacations.
Free use of kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. The various properties offer arcade games, shuffleboard, pool table, dart boards and board games.
Other fun offerings are fire rings, volleyball, co****le, paddle boat, fishing, nature trails on property, hot tubs and a barrel dry sauna.
