We now carry Middle West Spirits Double Cask Collection Oloroso Wheat Whiskey — a 100 proof craft whiskey with a beautiful sherry-finished profile.

This one starts with a soft, sweet wheat whiskey base, aged in Ohio white oak, then finished for over a year in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is rich, bold, nutty, fruity, and incredibly smooth. 🔥

👃 Nose: Dark cherry, fig preserves, roasted walnuts and hazelnuts, candied dates, and cinnamon.

We now carry Middle West Spirits Double Cask Collection Sherry Finished Bourbon — a rich, flavorful bourbon with a beautiful sherry cask influence.

This unique bourbon is made from a mash bill of sweet yellow corn, Ohio soft red winter wheat, dark pumpernickel, and barley, then aged 5 to 6 years in toasted American white oak before being finished in sherry casks.

👃 Nose: Dark cherry, plum, dates, prune, vanilla, milk chocolate, and a touch of pipe to***co.

🥃 Palate: Creamy and syrupy with layers of pure maple syrup, cherry-raisin syrup, roasted walnut or almond nuttiness, oak, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sweet baking spice.

Expect a fruit-forward pour with notes of blackberry preserves, PB&J, and bright lemon on the nose. The palate brings plenty of berry fruit with hints of spearmint, licorice, and cherry cough drop.
