INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Dobel Diamante Cristalino
2 oz Grapefruit Soda
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Black Lava Salt
Grapefruit Wedge

Rim a glass with black lava salt. Add tequila and lime juice into a shaker and shake. Pour over fresh ice, top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Malin Margarita

1.5 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice75 oz Fresh Lime Juice5 oz Agave Syrup
4 Sage Leaves

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Ginger Paloma
2 oz Roca Patrón Silver
1 oz Fresh squeezed Texas grapefruit juice
½ oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
¼ oz Home-made ginger syrup*
Jarrito's Toronja

Rim half of a highball with nori powder (a blend of pulverized nori, salt and aleppo pepper). Combine ingredients over large ice. Top with Toronja and integrate.

*Ginger syrup is two parts sugar to two parts water to one part fresh ginger juice.
