Just bottled Westcott Bay Cider. We've been sold out since last August. And we somehow forgot how crisp, clean and absolutely delicious it is! The cider apples from our own orchard really come through. Come taste!

We made a delicious Amaro! Suzy soaked gentian root in alcohol for 18 months, distilled it and used it as the base. Paisley and Haley helped figure out what herbs and citrus and flavored brandy to steep in the spirit. We are all so happy with its distinctive, exquisite, and enticing taste.

We have a new gin! And it honors our Pride family and community. We make it with a rainbow of fruits: thimbleberries, orange, mango, green grapes, elderberries, black currants and plum. Come taste it, wwe are so proud of how delicious it is!

Check us out! We have "whiskey!" San Juan Brewing Company made a delicious dark Dunkelweizen beer and let us distill it in our beautiful copper pot still. Aged for two years in a charred 30 gallon oak barrel, this "whiskey" has a slightly fruity character with fuller notes of pecan praline on the finish. Chanterelles! It's the season. And we have made a spectacular SAVORY gin with them. Besides an armload of chanterelle mushrooms, we added roasted shallots (from my sister's garden), toasted walnuts, fresh thyme, and a wedge of the best cheese in America, Wisconsin's Pleasant Ridge Reserve. Make a savory cocktail!
