Insanely beautiful USDA Prime beef tenderloins, freshly trimmed and cut, sitting right on the board… and yes, Sous Chef Andy is already geared up and ready to fire them on the grill. 🔥👨‍🍳

Just look at that marbling. That’s exactly what USDA Prime is all about — deep, rich intramuscular fat that melts into pure flavor on the grill. 🤍

And if you’re thinking “it doesn’t get better than this”… well, it kind of does.
Because of course, we also have A5 Japanese Wagyu waiting when only the absolute best will do. 🇯🇵🥩✨

Years of collecting. Winery visits across Europe. Countless tastings. Conversations with winemakers. Discovering hidden gems tucked away in small villages and world-renowned estates alike.

Wine has always been more than a beverage to us. It is history, geography, craftsmanship, and tradition captured in a bottle.

Our collection is heavily inspired by the great wine regions of the Old World — from the rolling hills of Northern Italy and the vineyards of Bordeaux to the celebrated producers of Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, Germany, Austria, Spain, and beyond.

With two certified sommeliers on our team and one of the largest restaurant wine collections in the region, we take pride in helping guests discover something new, revisit an old favorite, or find the perfect pairing for an exceptional meal.

Many of our wines are resting just below your feet in our temperature-controlled subterranean cellars, where ideal conditions allow them to mature gracefully until the perfect moment arrives.
